​How do I access the Digital GP benefit?

Livi is an app based GP service. To use the service you will need to download the Livi app. Once registered, you will be required to enter a Membership code. This code is displayed below.

Please note:

​When registering your details on the Livi app please use your name as it appears on your certificate of insurance

To access your Freedom Digital GP benefit, please contact us to receive your Livi membership code
